Our remanufactured pallets can provide an economical alternative to purchasing a new pallet. Our remanufactured pallet customers
typically require a specialty size pallet, i.e., one that is not readily available in the recycled pallet pool. Our reman
pallets can be built entirely from reclaimed lumber or from a combination of reclaimed and new lumber.
Reman pallets are assembled from scratch according to a predesigned pallet specification. Mixed lumber (hardwood and pine)
is typically used for reman pallets, however we can build to any specification including hardwood only, pine only, etc.
Are reman pallets right for your application?
Factors to consider:
- Will a pallet that is built from reclaimed lumber be cosmetically acceptable?
- Will slight variations in stringer and board thickness be acceptable?
- The quantity of reclaimed lumber available for pallets usually depends on the size of the components. Especially long
stringers or boards are limited in supply, which will reduce the number of pallets that can be built.
