Scott has worked in the pallet industry since 1986, both in sales and manufacturing capacities. As President of
Premier Pallets, Scott's primary role is to ensure Premier Pallets' customers are satisfied with the company's
products and service. Along with Michele Shaw, Scott co-founded Premier Pallets in 1993. |

Shelli Jahn - Operations Coordinator
Shelli is Premier Pallets' Operations Coordinator and handles all trucking and logistics for shipments. Shelli
also maintains the company's database and she has experience in information systems with an emphasis on database
management. Shelli joined the Premier Pallets team in 1999. |

Doug Hildreth - Florida Sales
Doug is one of Premier Pallets' Sales professionals and handles sales within Florida. A native of Hawaii, Doug
has 19 years of industrial sales experience. Doug has a diverse customer base and is knowledgeable in all areas
of the pallet industry. He joined the Premier Pallets team in 1998. |

Tim Arnold - Outside Florida Sales
Tim is one of Premier Pallets' Sales professionals and handles all sales outside the state of Florida. Tim
has been involved in sales since 1993 upon his graduation from the University of South Florida and joined
the Premier Pallets team in 2001. Tim's family has been involved with the
pallet industry since 1980. |

Marie Harrington - Controller
As Premier Pallets' Controller, Marie handles all of the company's accounting functions and maintains customer
pallet exchange/credit databanks. Marie has extensive experience in all areas of finance from previous
employment opportunities at financial institutions. Marie joined the Premier Pallets team in 2001. |
