Types of Wooden Pallets
Our extensive inventory includes a variety of types of wooden pallets, including recycled, new and remanufactured pallets. Our recycled wooden pallets come in a variety of dimensions and are refurbished to top quality; no recycled pallets will leave our warehouse unless they meet our stringent standards. New pallets are made from two types of lumber: hardwood or pine. Our hardwood pallets are constructed of a mixed species of wood, including oak, ash, maple and others that are not "green" (not kiln-dried). Our pine pallets are constructed of kiln-dried southern yellow pine, which has a very low moisture content. Since the wood for our new pallets are cut specifically for those pallets, new pallets can be built to almost any specification. Remanufactured pallets offer an inexpensive alternative to new pallets, as these wooden pallets are constructed from reclaimed lumber yet can still be built to meet your specifications. If you can't find the size you need from our inventory of recycled pallets, then a remanufactured pallet may be the way to go.
